Novarick Homes Unveils H2 2026 Growth Strategy, Sets Sights on Expansion and Increased Homeownership

Novarick Homes has unveiled its strategic priorities for the second half of 2026, outlining an ambitious roadmap focused on accelerating property sales, completing key developments, expanding access to homeownership, and strengthening investors' trust through innovative real estate investment solutions.

The strategy was presented during the company’s H2 Strategy Meeting held on July 3rd, 2026, where executives, management, departmental leaders and staff reviewed first-half performance and aligned on business priorities for the remainder of the year.

According to the company, the second-half strategy reflects a deliberate shift from building momentum to delivering measurable outcomes across sales, project delivery, customer experience, and investment offerings.

Chief Executive Officer of Novarick Homes, Noah Ibrahim, said the company’s direction for H2 is built around execution, consistency, and creating lasting value for both homeowners and investors.

“The second half of the year is about delivering on the commitments we’ve made. Every home and estate we develop, every project we launch, and every investment opportunity we implement must reinforce the confidence people have placed in our brand. Growth is important, but sustainable growth comes from consistently doing what we say we will do,” he said.

Among the company’s major priorities is the continued expansion of its Under 40 Landlord Initiative, a campaign introduced earlier this year to encourage Nigerians below the age of 40 to begin building wealth through property ownership.

The initiative, which is tied to Ayomide Joy City in Moniya, Ibadan, offers structured payment plans designed to make land acquisition more accessible for young professionals, entrepreneurs, and salary earners.

Following the response recorded during the first phase of the campaign, Novarick Homes said it intends to deepen engagement with younger audiences through increased digital campaigns, community events, site inspections, and strategic partnerships that promote financial literacy and long-term wealth creation.

The company also identified its Buyback Investment Plan as a key growth driver for the remainder of the year.

The investment product, which allows individuals to invest in real estate with predetermined buyback returns over agreed investment periods, has continued to attract interest from investors seeking alternatives that combine asset-backed security with predictable returns.

According to the company, expanding awareness of the investment plan and improving investor education will remain a major focus throughout H2 as more Nigerians explore property-backed investments amid changing economic conditions.

Beyond sales and investment, Novarick Homes disclosed that completing ongoing infrastructure across its residential development in Victoria Island, which includes Eight units of 4 Bedroom Terrace Duplexes with BQ, remains a top operational priority.

The company said resources will continue to be directed towards water conservation, renewable energies, energy efficiency, and other essential amenities that contribute to creating sustainable and greener communities. This is the company’s part in staying true to their tagline, “Committed to Building Greener Communities”.

Chief Operating Officer, Collins Oforgu, said the company’s growth strategy places equal importance on operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

“Growth is not simply measured by the number of properties we sell. It is measured by how efficiently we deliver projects, how transparently we communicate with clients, and how consistently we honour every commitment we make. Those are the standards that define our business, and they remain central to our strategy for the second half of the year,” he said.

He added that the company is also strengthening collaboration across its sales, marketing, operations, and customer service teams to improve the overall client experience from enquiry through allocation and post-purchase engagement.

As part of its H2 agenda, Novarick Homes plans to introduce additional property offerings across strategic locations while expanding its network of real estate realtors and channel partners nationwide. The company believes that broadening its product portfolio will enable it to meet the needs of different categories of buyers, including first-time landowners, investors, families seeking residential developments, and Nigerians in the diaspora looking for secure property investment opportunities.

Novarick Homes said its H2 roadmap reflects its long-term vision of making quality real estate more accessible while building sustainable communities and creating investment opportunities that generate lasting value.

The company added that as demand for secure and transparent real estate solutions continues to grow, it remains committed to developing projects and investment products that respond to the evolving needs of Nigerians at home and abroad.
