How To Register

To become a realtor for Novarick Homes, you must register through our official partnership channels. This gives you access to our property portfolio and commission structure. Below is a clear breakdown of the process and requirements.

Provide Basic Information

Sign up as an individual or under a registered company. You will need your full name or business name, a valid government-issued ID (National ID, Passport, or Voter’s Card), and active contact details including phone number and email.

Submit Documentation

Companies or brokerages must provide proof of registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC). All registrants, individuals and companies alike, must complete the Official Registration Form, which can be filled online or via a downloadable version.

Onboarding And Product Access

Once your registration is approved, you gain access to Novarick’s property portfolio and commission structure. You are guided through the onboarding process to familiarize yourself with available projects and sales procedures.

Sign Formal Agreement (MOU)

After verification, formalize the partnership by signing a Memorandum of Understanding. This document outlines your commission structure and other terms of the working relationship.

Begin Marketing And Sales

Once onboarded, you are authorized to market and sell Novarick properties under the partnership framework.
