What is the Under 40 Landlord Initiative?
It is a Novarick Homes initiative designed to help young Nigerians under 40 start owning land through flexible payment plans and structured ownership support. The program also includes recognition and rewards for new landowners.
The program is open to Nigerians between the ages of 24 and 39, including entrepreneurs, professionals, and business owners.

Two plot sizes are available with flexible payment options:

300 sqm plot:

  • 150,000 monthly for 24 months
  • 240,000 monthly for 12 months

500 sqm plot:

  • 250,000 monthly for 24 months
  • 380,000 monthly for 12 months

Within one hour of payment, you receive:

  1. A Provisional Allocation Letter showing your name and allocated plot number.
  2. A digital Under 40 Landlord plaque designed in a premium, Forbes-style format for sharing
Yes. A physical A4 framed plaque with a gold-foil finish is presented during the official Landlord Induction event.
A 30-day grace period is provided. You will be contacted and guided before any further steps are taken.
Yes. Once the property has been allocated and properly documented in your name, you have full ownership rights, including the option to resell.
Yes. Each plot comes with a registered survey plan and a Deed of Assignment, both verifiable and legally recognized.
Yes. Monthly group inspections are organized so subscribers can visit the estate and view their allocated plots.
